Deb Walock is an operations and supply chain leader with over 30 years of experience advancing manufacturing scalability, supply chain resilience, and operational performance across the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. She brings deep expertise in transitioning advanced technologies from concept to full-rate production, aligning engineering, supply chain, and operations to deliver speed, affordability, and quality at scale.

In her current as North Wind’s Vice President of Minnesota Operations, Deb leads strategic partnerships, facilities, and ecosystem integration bridging government, industry, and academia to accelerate the development of critical technologies.

Previously, Ms. Walock served as Vice President of Production Operations at Performance Drone Works, where she oversaw manufacturing, supply chain, process improvement, safety, manufacturing systems, fulfillment, and sustainment functions during a period of rapid growth.  Her leadership experience spans organizations including Caterpillar, Bobcat, Polaris, and Leidos, with work across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
